The job is to run a focused demographic analysis—age and gender only—so I can understand who is buying, how the mix is changing over time, and where to concentrate future campaigns. You will receive the raw customer table (CSV and Excel). Please clean what’s necessary, explore the distributions, cross-tab age brackets with gender, highlight notable skews, and visualise the key findings in easy-to-read charts. I’d also like a short, plain-language write-up that explains what the numbers mean and suggests one or two next steps I could test. Preferred tools: Excel, Python (pandas, matplotlib or seaborn), or R—use what lets you work fastest. Deliverables: • Cleaned dataset returned in its original format • At least three visualisations (e.g., histograms, bar charts, or heatmaps) • A concise report (PDF or DOCX) summarising insights and recommendations I’ll review by checking that numbers reconcile with the source file and that the takeaways are supported by the visuals.
