Looking for an experienced automation and data specialist to collect and structure publicly available business and market data, then build reliable automations using Make or n8n. The work involves sourcing data via approved APIs, data providers, or compliant extraction methods, cleaning and normalizing it, and integrating it into tools such as email platforms, CRMs, or Google Sheets. Some workflows may include AI services (e.g., ChatGPT or other LLM APIs) for classification, enrichment, or filtering. Ideal candidates have strong API experience, understand data reliability and error handling, and can build documented automations that run on schedules with minimal supervision. We have a number of automation projects in the pipeline. We are looking for someone who can dedicate time to this. If this is going to be one among a thousand projects and we won't be able to communicate with you or you're going to disappear on us, please don't bother because the contract won't last. We also realize that there are tools out there that we can use that allow us to achieve what we need cheaply but we prefer to work with good people who are themselves willing to work with us. Please take that into account when submitting your proposal as we are not interested in high-cost but low-value proposals. Specificity in your proposal about experience, time you expect projects to take, and cost is valued.
