Around 20–25 hours of your time will go toward three recurring activities: first, scrubbing and reshaping raw data so it’s analysis-ready; next, identifying the most meaningful statistical signals; and finally, communicating those findings through engaging charts and dashboards. Excel is our primary workspace—think Power Query for cleaning, pivot tables for exploration, and native charts (or Power BI if you like staying in the Microsoft ecosystem). If you occasionally want to prototype in Python or R to speed things up, that flexibility is welcome, but every deliverable should land back in an Excel-friendly format my wider team can open immediately. Acceptance criteria for each weekly drop: • A cleaned, well-documented workbook (no hidden formulas or mysterious macros). • At least one visualization that highlights the key takeaway. • A short write-up or comment pane explaining what the numbers actually mean for the business.
