I need a fully-working EPOS that I can drop straight onto a Windows-based POS terminal. Core functions are already expected to be stable; I’m really looking for someone who can package, configure and hand over a production-ready build rather than start from scratch. Minor adjustments are allowed. Essential features • Windows installer or portable executable that launches the till interface, prints receipts and works flawlessly with a touchscreen. • Web back-office where I can log in, bulk-upload product images, edit stock levels, run basic reports and manage staff users. • Card payment integration: Stripe and PayPal are mandatory, Square is also required, and I’m open to any additional gateways you can wire in through the same API layer. Transactions must settle in real time with on-screen confirmation. • Companion mobile app for both iOS and Android that lets managers view live sales, check stock, and push price changes. A single codebase (Flutter, React Native, or similar) is fine as long as both stores can be published quickly. • Local database with automated nightly sync to the cloud; POS must stay functional if the connection drops. • Clear deployment notes and a brief hand-over session so my onsite tech can replicate the install. Acceptance criteria 1. a funcation software which has a front office screen performing all the major features of a POS 2. a fully funcational admin side, which allows to configure the system for daily use 3. I can ring through a test sale, take a £1 payment on Stripe and see it appear instantly in the dashboard. 4. A product added via the web panel—including photo upload—shows up on the till and in the mobile app within one sync cycle. 5.. Both the iOS and Android builds pass store validation or run flawlessly via TestFlight / internal track. This APP is however, not mandatory for initial delivery. this can be delivered later. demo required though. 6.. Full source code (or licensed binaries), DB schema, and config files are delivered in a single hand-over package. If you already have a white-label EPOS that fits 90 % of this, let’s talk—speed is important.
