Dual-Style Gameplay Animator Needed

We are a small indie studio building two very different games side-by-side and need a single animator who is comfortable switching styles on demand. Game A is a 3D first-person shooter that embraces 1930s rubber-hose charm. Limbs should squash, stretch and snap back with exaggerated flourishes, yet still read clearly from the weapon-view perspective. I’ll need the full gameplay set: • Character movements – idles, walks, runs, jumps, slides, climbs, death poses • Environmental effects – doors flexing, bouncy platforms, comedic explosions, interactive props • Weapon usage – over-the-top recoils, cartoon muzzle flashes, playful reloads Game B is a third-person, action-adventure melee combat based game. Here I’m after grounded realistic animation: • Character movements – tactical locomotion, vaults, hit reactions, combat actions • Weapon usage – spear-like weapon with throwing, slashing and thrusting actions Both projects share the same workflow: clean loops at 60 fps, exported as FBX against the provided skeletons. If you animate in Maya, Blender or a comparable package, that’s perfect. We need someone comfortable with integrating the animations into both, Unity and Unreal Engine 5. Please include a link to at least one rubber-hose sample and one realistic combat animation you’ve produced.
