I’m looking to expand our website by building a high-quality, interactive lead form designed to capture qualified leads and seamlessly pass data into our CRM. This is not a basic contact form. The goal is an intelligent lead funnel and full application form to maximize conversion. What I am looking to include: 1. Contextual Awareness The form must detect which service page the user is on (e.g. asset finance, equipment finance, etc.). Based on this context, the form should automatically skip or pre-select the initial “What are you looking for?” question to streamline the experience. 2. Branching Logic (Decision Tree) The form should behave like a guided conversation. User selections determine which questions appear next. Example: If a user selects Option A, they see one question path. If they select Option B, they see a completely different question set. Logic should be scalable so new branches can be added later. 3. Two-Step Funnel Structure Step 1: Capture essential contact details only (name, email, phone, etc.) to secure the lead. Step 2: Redirect the user into a more detailed application or data-collection stage. This is critical to avoid drop-off caused by long forms upfront. 4. CRM Automation All captured data must flow directly into our CRM via API. No manual data entry required. Clean field mapping, error handling, and confirmation of successful submission are essential. Technical Notes The solution should be fast, mobile-friendly, and UX-focused. Code should be clean, documented, and maintainable.
