Project Description: Recruitment Website (Example: kariera.gr) We want to build a job board / recruitment platform similar to how kariera.gr works — a professional portal where job seekers find work and employers find employees. Main Purpose A portal for job seekers to search and apply for job ads A system for employers to post job adverts and pay to publish them A platform that connects candidates with employers quickly and easily Job Seeker Features (like kariera.gr) Just like how users can create a profile on kariera.gr: Register and log in (email, social login) Create a personal profile with resume and details Upload CV once and use for multiple job applications Browse/search jobs (filters like keyword, location, category) Apply for jobs with just a couple of clicks Follow companies and get job alerts Dedicated feed of jobs & career content Employer Features Employers should be able to: Register & create a company account Build a company profile (logo, description, contact info) – (Example: kariera.gr shows company identity so candidates can find them more easily) Post job adverts (paid) Manage job posts (edit/delete, see applications) View and download applicant CVs Search CV database (optional future feature) Note: You can also provide multiple job listing types — e.g., Standard, Premium, Featured — as kariera.gr has different paid options. Monetization Model (Like kariera.gr’s approach) Your developers should build a payment module where employers can pay to post jobs: Price per job post Option for premium/featured posts Checkout with Stripe / PayPal / local payment options Automatic publication after successful payment (Optional: pricing tiers with different visibility and duration — similar to kariera.gr) Admin Panel The site should include an Admin dashboard allowing you to: Approve/reject jobs Manage users (employers & job seekers) View payment history Manage pricing plans Moderate content & spam Additional Features (optional) You could also include: Job alerts / email notifications CV search for employers (paid add-on) Career content blog (career tips, salary guides — like kariera.gr does) Social media integration Employer branding pages Analytics dashboard for employers
