I already have the Online-Pharmacy theme from Axiomthemes (demo: https://lab.axiomthemes.com/online-pharmacy/) installed on a fresh WordPress instance and need it fully configured into a turnkey e-commerce site. Theme & Storefront • Configure the demo import, tweak colours, typography and layout so it feels like a clean medical-wellness brand. • Create six top-level shop categories—Weight Loss, Fitness, Anti-Aging, Hair, Skin and Intimacy—so each has its own archive page, menu link and featured imagery. • Ensure WooCommerce product, cart and checkout pages inherit the final styling. Digital Intake Form A “Get Started” funnel similar to https://www.tryeden.com/find-your-treatment/global is required. I need help end-to-end: UX flow, conditional questions, HIPAA-friendly data capture and routing the submission to email + a secure database (Gravity Forms or Fluent Forms are fine; suggest what fits best). Payments & Subscriptions Core gateway should run through either PaymentCloud or Paykings using Authorize.net. In addition, crypto checkout must be live via NowPayments, and standard credit-card fallback handled through the same processor. The solution has to support one-off purchases today and recurring subscriptions as we launch refill plans. (If you prefer another crypto-ready plugin, note it; PayPal, Stripe or Square can stay disabled for now but keep the architecture flexible.) Deliverables (acceptance criteria) 1. Theme customised, mobile-responsive, pagespeed > 85 on Google Lighthouse. 2. Shop categories navigable and displaying sample products I provide. 3. Digital intake form implemented, tested and sending data correctly. 4. PaymentCloud/Paykings + NowPayments gateways live in test and production mode; a $1 test transaction (fiat and crypto) completes successfully. 5. Subscription feature demonstrated with a dummy product and renews in sandbox. 6. Clear hand-off doc or brief Loom walk-through covering admin settings and how to add new products or questions to the form. Timeline is flexible within two weeks once we kick off.
