I need a two page web-based portal that lets me watch in near real-time where every field employee, while they travel. Each employee is identified only by their mobile number without notification to them and once I add that number, the system should start plotting their position on a map with street-level accuracy. The pin has to refresh automatically so I can follow the journey live, and I also want to rewind any date or time window to review location history. When I click a pin I expect to see the most nearest address or landmark within no more than 100 meter radius so the destination is instantly clear. A list view is optional as long as the map view is precise and searchable. I should be able to enter employee mobile number in the text box and hit search to get either exact location or last location history in past 10 minutes. Feel free to use any reliable mapping SDK—Google Maps, Mapbox, or Leaflet with OpenStreetMap—and a secure back end that scales. REST or GraphQL is fine, just document the endpoints. The finished product must run on standard windows or Linux hosting and include clear setup instructions.
