AI Chatbot Optimization & Scaling ManyChat + n8n + OpenAI Project Overview: We already have a fully functional AI chatbot system built using: ManyChat (Frontend – Instagram/WhatsApp DM automation) n8n (Backend automation workflows) OpenAI API (AI response generation) The system is currently working but it requires optimization, restructuring, and proper scaling setup to make it reliable and production-ready. This is NOT a new build, the goal is to refine, stabilize and improve the existing system. Main Objectives: Optimize AI chatbot behavior (human-like responses, flow control) Implement strict lead qualification system (country + age filtering) Ensure smooth and reliable ManyChat to n8n to OpenAI integration Add automation control logic (start/stop conditions) Improve system structure for long-term scalability and multi-account use Detailed Scope of Work: 1. AI Flow Optimization Improve message structure (avoid long paragraphs) Implement delay logic (simulate human conversation timing) Ensure conversation phases are controlled (engagement → qualification → conversion) 2. Lead Qualification System (High Priority) Ask and validate: User country User age Apply logic: If qualified → continue conversation If not qualified → stop flow or redirect Goal: Prevent wasting OpenAI API credits Only interact with high-quality leads 3.
