Project Overview We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineering team to help transform an already working AI-based core system into a production-ready, enterprise-grade cloud product. The current technology stack includes Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS. All core AI functionality is complete and functioning. The scope of this engagement is to productize the system, focusing on scalability, architecture, security, infrastructure automation, and user experience. No AI model development is required. This project requires strong experience in cloud-native architecture, backend and frontend development, DevOps, and security, with an emphasis on building systems that scale efficiently in production environments. Scope & Expectations The selected team will be responsible for: 1. Developing the existing core functionality into a full-fledged, production-ready product 2. Designing an infinitely scalable and efficient cloud-native architecture 3. Writing Terraform infrastructure code to enable deployment on any major cloud provider 4. Implementing a database layer for persistence and data management 5. Building authentication and authorization mechanisms 6. Implementing security controls to prevent unauthorized external access 7. Supporting organization/client → users → role-based access (periodic, one-time, or multi-access) 8. Implementing partner management workflows • Partner → Specialist / Service Provider 9. Enabling human handover for real-time consultations, including: • Specialist login and online availability • Real-time human backup similar to customer support • Upgrading existing one-way video calls to two-way video 10. Implementing consultation scheduling based on availability, with automated email notifications and secure login links 11. Integrating payment acceptance workflows 12. Demonstrating previous projects with proven infinitely scalable cloud architectures 3. Having strong, hands-on expertise in architecting scalable applications using Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS 4. Working with dummy or Cythonized code where sensitive AI functionality is provided only as compiled binaries • Core AI components will be shared as .pyd files (Windows) • .so binaries (Linux/macOS) will be provided if required • Source code for these components will not be shared 5. Submitting realistic and well-considered bids • Placeholder or artificially low bids are not acceptable • Bidders are expected to review the requirements carefully and quote close to the actual project cost Ideal Candidates • Proven experience building enterprise-grade, cloud-native products • Strong background in system architecture, scalability, and security • Comfortable working with an existing codebase and owning end-to-end productization • Ability to deliver clean, well-documented, production-quality systems
