I have several months of eBay sales that I need to bring into Odoo, but the native import keeps throwing errors and, in some cases, threatens to duplicate existing records. What I need from you is a clean, import-ready CSV that you have personally tested in Odoo so it goes in on the first try—no red error bars, no duplicate orders. Here is the workflow I have in mind: • I will send you a sample export plus a precise list of the columns and data formats Odoo expects in my instance (order number, customer, items, taxes, tracking number, carrier, etc.). • You map, clean, and assemble the full CSV from my raw eBay data. • Before handing it back, you load it into your own Odoo environment (any recent Community or Enterprise build is fine) to verify that: – every order imports once and only once, – shipment and tracking numbers land in the correct fields, – no validation errors appear. • Once confirmed, you deliver the final CSV and a brief note on the steps you followed so I can repeat the process later. If you discover that a small configuration tweak is required in Odoo’s import wizard, simply flag it for me—otherwise standard settings should remain untouched.
