I am comparing quotes for a new fence and need clear, realistic visuals before I commit. The front yard build itself will combine horizontal wooden panels, potentially with black metal posts, and I’m leaning toward a board-on-board profile. To make an informed choice, I’d like high-quality renderings that show exactly how each option will look: • Perspective from the street / outside the house • Perspective from inside the yard looking outward * different stains and individual board height If you work in SketchUp, Revit, Blender, or another 3-D tool that produces photoreal output, that’s perfect—just let me know which one you prefer. I can supply current site photos, measurements, and any other details you require as soon as we start. Deliverables 1. 2-3 separate, full-resolution images (JPEG or PNG) for each design variation, one from each perspective listed above. 2. Source file(s) so I can request future tweaks if needed. 3. I would like to see itemized the cost of taking the images and deliverable #1 and just applying different stains to them. This is something I think I want, but it depends on cost. I’m assuming this will be less since it’s just applying a shade? Future Work: Front yard to start, and if all goes well, we will do the backyard with you as well. it is also likely that based on your renderings, we refine the design and come back to you for another iteration. If this is affordable and we like your work, we will likely hire you to do some other visualizations, like a new deck and patio. Please include a sample of similar fence renders you’ve done and a brief rundown of your workflow so I know what to expect.
