I need a clean, intuitive layout built in Figma for an internal Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) web application. The design has to reflect how real-world clinical teams work, so every screen must make it easy for the following roles to complete their tasks without confusion: Doctors, Nurses, Administrative staff, Certified Medical Assistants, Contactless Patient Monitoring (CPM) technicians, Medical Billing specialists, System Admins and Managerial Staff. I have an existing site to assist in what I need. I just need to finish out this design. Scope • Map out the key user flows each role will encounter, then translate them into wireframes and polished UI. • Create desktop-first artboards; if you have time for a responsive pass, that’s a plus. • Use Figma components, auto-layout and style guides so the file remains scalable for our dev team. Deliverables 1. Interactive Figma prototype covering all critical EHR modules (patient chart, orders, billing, reports, admin console). 2. A documented style guide inside the file: colours, typography, components and states. 3. Handoff notes for developers (layer names, constraints, interaction details). Acceptance Criteria • Every listed user role can complete its primary workflow in the prototype without dead ends. • Components are reusable and organised in a shared library. • File loads without missing fonts or assets. If you’ve tackled healthcare or similarly complex admin systems before, let me know; otherwise, show me a Figma link that proves you can manage layered user roles and dense data screens.
