I’m currently interviewing experienced web designers for potential collaborations on informational and corporate websites, as well as ecommerce. I’m specifically interested in designers who are comfortable working with: - Structured Figma files (auto-layout, components, styles, variables) - Developer handoff and system-based thinking - RTL (Hebrew) layouts (strong advantage) - Dynamic or repeatable page layouts (CPT / listings) – bonus At this stage, I’m reviewing: - Portfolio quality - Design structure and clarity - Communication and workflow If we’re a good fit, I regularly assign paid projects and prefer long-term collaboration.
