Looking for Senior SysAdmin / DevOps (WordPress Infrastructure Issue) We’re currently looking for experienced: • Linux System Administrators • DevOps Engineers • Server / Infrastructure Engineers • Performance Tuning Specialists To help diagnose and stabilize a high-load WordPress environment. CURRENT SERVER STACK • Plesk 18 • Nginx • PHP-FPM 8.2 • MariaDB 10.11 (Thread Pool enabled) • Redis (Object Cache) • Cloudflare (WAF + proxy) WORDPRESS SETUP • Elementor + Pro (heavy usage) • Dynamic meta-heavy content (large wp_postmeta usage) • Gravity Forms • Unlimited Elements • Action Scheduler background jobs • High admin/editor activity • Frequent admin-ajax calls ISSUES WE’RE EXPERIENCING • Random CPU spikes • 502 / 504 gateway errors • Admin dashboard slowdowns • Elementor editor instability under load • Background tasks stacking unpredictably • Performance degradation during concurrent admin activity • Intermittent database-heavy queries affecting response time • Worker saturation symptoms during peak operations This does not appear to be a simple traffic issue — it looks more like concurrency, worker handling, or background execution behavior. We’re looking for someone comfortable with: • PHP-FPM tuning • MariaDB performance analysis • Object cache behavior under load • WordPress background job handling • Nginx behavior during high concurrency • Diagnosing bottlenecks in complex WP stacks If you have deep experience stabilizing Elementor-heavy WordPress environments at the infrastructure level, please reach out.
