I need a clean, visually driven website whose sole purpose is to showcase our private catalogue of film locations. Each location entry should combine a photo gallery with a concise written description so that producers can grasp the look, scale, and practical details at a glance. The locations shall not be visible to everyone. After application every user will be presented only the locations the admin has chosen. There will be content only visible to administrators as well. Core features • Front page that immediately immerses visitors in the collection and invites them to browse (. • Location index with a simple filter that lets users narrow results by type of location (e.g. industrial, residential, natural landscapes). Only after login! • Individual location pages that open in a light, fast-loading gallery view alongside the written brief. • Straight-forward back-end for me to add, edit, hide or delete locations without touching code. Admin Panel • Create and manage film locations • Upload multiple photos per location • Add descriptions and details • Create categories (Castle, Fortress, Meadow, Apartments, Industrial, etc.) • Create client accounts (username + password) • Assign specific locations to specific clients Sub-Admin Role • Upload and edit locations • Manage photos • Edit categories • Limited permissions compared to the main admin Client Area • Clients receive login credentials from the admin • No public registration • Each client can only see locations assigned to them • Clean gallery layout with photos and descriptions General Requirements • Modern clean design • Easy backend management • Mobile friendly • Scalable database structure Look & feel The design should prioritise full-width imagery, minimal UI distractions and mobile responsiveness. Subtle animations or hover effects are welcome if they do not slow the site. Tech I’m open to WordPress (with ACF or a lightweight custom theme), Webflow, or a small React/Next build—whichever you can deliver quickly and keep easy for a non-technical team to maintain. Wordpress would be our preferred option Acceptance criteria 1. All stated features operate smoothly on current versions of Chrome, Safari and mobile browsers. 2. PageSpeed Insights score of 80+ on mobile. 3. Clear written hand-off guide covering how to add new locations and photographs. If you have a portfolio of highly visual sites, especially for real estate, travel or production companies, please include it. When applying please include • Estimated budget • Timeline • Technology you would use • Examples of similar projects Important: Please start your proposal with the word "LocationFilm" so I know you read the full description. Also briefly explain how you would implement the system where each client can only see locations assigned to them.
