We require the design, development, integration, and delivery of a Biometric Fingerprint Authentication Platform for secure Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) login to the Integrated Controller Working Position (ICWP) system. The solution leverages the Morpho Access Sigma Lite Series fingerprint reader and provides seamless interoperability with the Access Control System (ACS) and the ICWP through a vendor deployed Interface Control Document (ICD). The proposed platform enhances operational security, ensures high availability, and supports ATC-grade reliability requirements. It will be designed, developed, and deployed on Linux (Ubuntu).
