Overnight my Festivaltrends site locked both members and me out. Any attempt to log in—front-end or admin—throws the message: “An internal error happened in the script, please contact webmaster for details.” No updates or code changes have been made recently, so something behind the scenes has broken in the aMember installation itself. Your task is to trace the cause of this Script Error, restore full access for members, and make sure the admin dashboard loads normally again. I’ll provide cPanel/FTP and database credentials as soon as we start; please plan to: • review server and aMember error logs • identify corrupt files, mis-configured permissions, or database hiccups • patch or roll back the offending code and test both member and admin logins I’ll consider the job complete once logins work without errors and you walk me through any fixes applied so I understand what happened.
