complete functional requirement for our proposed DSA-focused CRM Mobile Application with Admin Panel. Please note that the Investment module is NOT required and should be completely excluded from the scope. Below is the final and locked scope of work for the application. 1. Application Overview The application is a DSA (Direct Selling Agent) CRM and Telecalling Management System, designed to manage: Loan & Insurance leads Telecaller calling workflow Team performance & attendance Follow-ups, remarks, and lead conversion AI-assisted chat and call insights The system consists of: Mobile Application (for Individual users, Agency Admin, Supervisor, Telecaller) Web-based Admin Panel (for Super Admin & Master Admin) 2. Mobile Application – User Roles & Functions A. Agency Admin Login (DSA Owner – Mobile App) The Agency Admin (DSA Owner) will manage the entire agency from the mobile app itself, including teams of 100+ telecallers. Core Functions: Agency Dashboard (calls, leads, follow-ups, performance snapshot) Team activity monitoring (live status: online / on-call / offline) Supervisor & Telecaller management Lead assignment and re-assignment Agency-wide call history (read-only call monitoring) Performance dashboard (Silver / Gold / Diamond ranking) Attendance monitoring (location-based) Earnings & payout view (agency-level only) AI Assistant (performance explanation, summaries, insights) B. Supervisor Login (Mobile App) Supervisor will manage and monitor only their assigned team. Functions: Team dashboard (calls, follow-ups, attendance) View and manage assigned leads Re-assign leads within team Monitor agent performance Missed follow-up alerts Remarks visibility (read-only override if required) C. Telecaller / Agent Login (Mobile App) Telecaller is the execution role. Functions: Auto-assigned lead call queue (one-by-one calling) In-app dialer (SIM-based / future SIP-ready) Call, Message, WhatsApp redirect Mandatory call remarks after each call Follow-up scheduling Lead status update: Interested Follow-up Login Done Approved Disbursed Rejected Not Interested View personal call history & follow-ups Attendance marking (location-based check-in / check-out) Note: Telecallers and Supervisors do NOT have payout or wallet functionality. Salary/incentives are managed offline by the agency. D. Individual User Login (Mobile App) Individual users can submit Loan & Insurance inquiries and earn referral commission. AI Chat & Call Assist (Backend via GPT API) An AI Assistant will be integrated via backend (GPT API): Human-like chat (Hinglish support) Context-aware responses using: Lead data Call remarks Performance stats Use cases: What to say in next call Customer mood & intent summary Daily performance explanation Supervisor/Agency performance insights The AI acts as a support assistant, not a decision-maker. 4.
