I need a fully-functional food and grocery delivery solution built simultaneously for iOS and Android. The core user-facing experience must include real-time driver tracking on an interactive map and secure in-app payments that can handle cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay from day one. Behind the scenes, I also require a web-based admin panel where I can create or suspend user accounts, assign drivers, monitor live orders, issue refunds, and view basic sales analytics. A clean, modern UI is important on all fronts; please stick to native Swift / Kotlin or a robust cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native if you can guarantee near-native performance. Deliverables • iOS and Android apps, production-ready and published under my developer accounts • Web admin dashboard with role-based access • Source code in a private Git repo, build instructions, and one brief hand-over session I will provide logos, colour palette and any third-party API keys (maps, payments).
