I am looking for a freelancer specialized in Web Design / UI & UX Design is required to create two forms for an already developed landing page. The forms must follow the same clean and delicate visual style as the website. Additionally, whenever a form is submitted, we must receive a notification containing a copy of the submitted information sent to multiple email addresses. The forms must include mandatory fields, as well as checkboxes for the acceptance of the Privacy Policy (with a separate opening link) and the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. The form submission must not be possible unless both checkboxes are selected. In addition to these requirements, both forms must include reCAPTCHA verification. We would also like to add a language selector for Portuguese and English. The website is developed in WordPress.
