Summary JOB TITLE Freelance Graphic Designer – Rural Land Subdivision Marketing Materials (QLD) PROJECT OVERVIEW We are seeking a freelance graphic designer to assist with marketing materials for a small rural residential land subdivision project located in Kingaroy, QLD. The project consists of 30 rural residential lots (approx. 4,000 sqm each), to be released in staged sales. This is a practical land sales project — we are not looking for an extensive corporate branding package, but rather clean, professional, and clear marketing materials suitable for real estate portals and agents. SCOPE OF WORK The designer will be required to deliver: 1️⃣ Project Logo (Simple & Clean) Text-based or minimal icon logo Suitable for print and digital use AI / EPS / PDF format 2️⃣Masterplan Layout Presentation Professionally formatted subdivision plan Clear lot numbers Stage release highlighting Road names and key features shown clearly 3️⃣ Marketing Brochure (8–12 pages) Content will be provided by us. Brochure to include: Cover page Project overview Location map Masterplan Amenity Key selling points Contact details Final output: Print-ready PDF Web-optimised PDF 4️⃣ Price List Template Editable format Clean and easy to update 5️⃣ Individual Lot Marketing Sheets (Template Design and produce 31 individual lot plans) We require a professionally designed individual lot marketing sheet template for sales purposes. This is NOT a technical or engineering drawing task. The designer will be responsible for: Designing a clean and professional A4 template layout Creating a consistent visual style aligned with the overall project branding Incorporating: Lot number Lot size (sqm) Dimensions (as provided) North arrow Site outline (based on survey plan supplied) Key features / notes section Project logo and contact details Important: All technical information, dimensions, and survey drawings will be provided by our surveyor. The designer is not required to create or verify any technical drawings. Deliverables required: Editable master template (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator preferred) 2 completed sample lot sheets Print-ready PDF format Web-optimised PDF format The template should allow easy updating of lot numbers and dimensions for future stages. 6️⃣ Developer Company Logo Design (Light Branding Only) We require a clean and professional logo design for our property development company. This is a light branding exercise only. A full corporate branding package is NOT required.
