The platform should allow users to easily connect multiple WhatsApp accounts to a web dashboard and manage all conversations in one place. Main Goals: Connect multiple WhatsApp numbers to one web system Manage customer chats efficiently Provide grouping, tagging, automation, and analytics ✨ Core Requirements 1. WhatsApp Account Connection The system should allow users to connect their WhatsApp numbers through a simple onboarding method such as: Scanning a QR code Using WhatsApp Cloud API tokens Any secure integration recommended by the developer After connecting, the WhatsApp account should stay logged in and be usable directly from the web dashboard. 2. Multi-account Dashboard Users must be able to: Add multiple WhatsApp numbers Switch between accounts easily View all active sessions Monitor connection status 3. Messaging & Customer Management The web platform should provide features similar to a CRM: Real-time chat interface Message templates (quick replies) Customer contact list Tags / labels Customer notes Chat history search 4.
