Here’s what I need you to deliver: • Mood boards that lock down colour palette, materials and overall inspiration • Scaled layout plans showing furniture placement, traffic flow and lighting points • Photorealistic 3-D renders so I can visualise each room before committing • A practical sourcing list with furniture, fixtures and finishes available in my region • Native design files plus PDFs/JPGs for my contractor and trades AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion or similar tools are all perfectly acceptable as long as the final files are editable. Two revision rounds should be included so we can fine-tune everything until it feels right. I’d like to see initial concepts within a week of award and a complete design package two weeks after I green-light the direction.
