Here’s what I’m envisioning: • A responsive, browser-based experience that adjusts gracefully across desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. • A modern front-end (React, Vue, or similar) paired with a robust back-end (Node, Django, .NET, or another proven framework) and a relational database. • Single-sign-on and multi-factor authentication, encrypted data in transit and at rest, and an audit trail that satisfies PCI-DSS–level scrutiny. • Clean, intuitive dashboards that surface account insights at a glance while making deeper tools—transaction history, document downloads, messaging—one click away. • Smooth integration with our existing REST/GraphQL APIs for real-time data sync and future scalability. • Thorough documentation and hand-off so my internal tech team can extend and maintain the codebase long term. Acceptance criteria 1. Users can log in, view an overview of all active accounts, and drill down to at least two detailed data views without page reloads. 2. Funds transfer and support-ticket flows execute successfully in both sandbox and production endpoints, with confirmation states clearly presented. 3. Page load (TTI) stays under three seconds on standard 4G mobile, verified with Lighthouse. 4. Source code passes automated linting/tests and is delivered in a Git repository with setup instructions.
