The Role We're looking for a software engineer to join our team. You'll work across the stack on real problems that matter to our clients. This is an environment where good judgment, smart trade-offs, and quick learning matter more than checking boxes. What You'll Work On • Building and maintaining the dashboard used by our client. • Writing, maintaining and optimizing database queries and functions. • Extending and maintaining our automation workflows. • Writing tests to ensure reliability as the platform grows What We're Looking For Must Have: 2-3 years of professional software development experience Strong problem-solving skills, you can break down ambiguous problems, evaluate trade-offs, and make sound technical decisions with incomplete information. Fast learner, comfortable picking up new tools, frameworks, and concepts as needs evolve Solid computer science fundamentals Solid PHP and Laravel fundamentals. Comfortable with PostgreSQL writing queries, understanding indexes, working with functions. Experience with workflow/automation tools (n8n or similar) Familiarity with Filament and the TALL stack Exposure to payment gateway integration solutions (Stripe, Paymob) Good to Have: Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions) Exposure to messaging platform integrations (WhatsApp) Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus) What Makes You Stand Out We value engineers who can own problems end-to-end, think critically about technical debt, and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
