My Base 44-built “Uber for cleaners” is feature-complete, yet still needs a final push before I scale it. Clients can already post a job, vetted cleaners can accept, and Stripe handles card charges. What’s missing is confidence that the entire flow is bullet-proof and, crucially, that cleaners receive their money automatically the moment a job is signed off. Here’s what has to happen: • Run an end-to-end test sweep that covers job posting, acceptance, cancellation, and edge-case scenarios. • Stress-test overall performance under realistic loads so we know the marketplace won’t buckle when multiple cleans are booked at once. • Validate every step of the payment journey—card capture, escrow, release—proving successful transactions, robust security, and solid fraud prevention. • Upgrade the current Stripe setup to Stripe Connect (or optimise what’s already there) so funds are paid out instantly to the cleaner the moment a client hits “complete”. No manual button-press, no delays. • Supply a concise test report highlighting issues found, fixes applied, and any remaining recommendations, then push the final code to production. I’ll provide repo access, test credentials, and a staging environment. The work is done when a cleaner can accept a booking, complete the job, have the client approve it, and see the payout land in their Stripe-linked account seconds later—while the entire platform remains fast and secure.
