Fusion 360 Helmet Redesign

I will provide an existing .STL of my helmet concept and I need you to re-work it directly in Fusion 360, using a Voronoi-pattern plug-in to achieve the organic lattice look I have in mind. Both the exterior shell and the interior liner need attention. Exterior work involves reshaping key contours, applying the Voronoi texture where indicated and adding clean mounting points or slot features that will later accept small electronics. Inside, we must reposition or redesign the padding zones and carve out cavities that leave room for the same electronics without compromising strength. This is an iterative project: after each revision I’ll 3D-print a prototype, test fit, then send you notes so we can refine until everything feels dialed in. Once the master model is approved, I’ll need it scaled or parametrically adjusted to multiple head sizes while retaining wall thicknesses and mounting geometry. Deliverables each cycle • Updated Fusion 360 file (.f3d) with fully parametric history • Exported, print-ready STL for the current head size • Brief changelog so I can track what was adjusted Final acceptance is reached when the prints fit, all Voronoi areas are cleanly manifold, ventilation and padding clearances are correct, and electronics mounting points align with my specified components. Steady communication and quick turnarounds between test prints will be essential.
