I need an accurate Fusion 360 model of a standard Hoyer-style lift frame. For this first phase I only want the basic structural elements—uprights, boom, spreader bar, legs, casters, and any braces—cleanly organized so every major piece sits in its own assembly. You’ll be working from a high-resolution photograph I’ll supply; the goal is to match the overall proportions and clearances of a typical patient-lift, even though exact factory dimensions aren’t available. File structure matters: each assembly must be logically named so I can later drop in power-assist motors, batteries, sensors, and AI hardware without re-factoring the file. Keep joints and motion limits realistic so future kinematic studies run smoothly, but don’t add electronics, motors, or code at this stage. Deliverables • Native Fusion 360 design file (.f3d) with assemblies properly referenced • STEP export for quick previews • Short read-me noting any assumptions you made on tube sizes, caster diameters, and load paths Acceptance criteria 1. Visual overlay on my reference photo shows <2 % scale error on key spans (boom length, base width, mast height). 2. Assemblies isolate every movable element (legs, boom pivot, spreader bar). 3. Model opens in Fusion 360 with no missing components or broken joints. If you’re familiar with sheet-metal tools, frame generators, or motion studies inside Fusion, that’s a plus, but the core requirement is a clean, dimensionally faithful structural model I can build upon. Let me know your turnaround time and any clarifying questions you have once you see the photo.
