I have a functional prototype in mind and need it turned into a clean, fully-parametric Fusion 360 file that can be printed in PLA without headaches. You’ll start from my sketches and measurements (I’ll share them once we kick off), build the geometry in Fusion 360, then export an error-free STL that slices smoothly at 0.2 mm layer height. Key things I’m looking for • Proper clearances and tolerances so the PLA parts mate correctly after printing. • Smart orientation and minimal overhangs to keep supports to a minimum. • A well-organized timeline/tree so I can tweak dimensions later if needed. Deliverables 1. Native .f3d file with fully-defined parameters. 2. STL file ready for slicing. 3. Brief print orientation & settings note (wall thickness, infill suggestion, support callouts). If you have past examples of functional PLA designs, that will help me pick faster.
