The site is already on WordPress with its theme, Elementor Pro and all core plugins in place. My first priority is a clean, reliable BuddyPress integration. User profiles, activity streams and private messaging must connect seamlessly with WooCommerce and Tournamatch. WooCommerce will collect tournament entry fees, so checkout, order creation and Tournamatch registration need to work in one uninterrupted flow. It is also using Feron Gaming theme and is installed. Security cannot be an after-thought; a quick audit, hardening of log-ins, firewall rules, backups and SSL enforcement should be part of the job so the platform stays fast and protected. I am comfortable editing pages with Elementor Pro, so the focus can stay on configuring plugins, writing or tweaking hooks/filters, and making sure future updates do not break the setup. Deliverables • BuddyPress + WooCommerce + Tournamatch fully connected, with entry-fee payments tied to tournament registration • Tournament results and stats displayed inside BuddyPress user profiles • Hardened security settings with a short hand-over summary of changes Acceptance criteria: a test user can register, pay an entry fee, join a tournament and later see the result within their BuddyPress profile, all without errors. Once everything runs smoothly, a brief walkthrough of the key settings would complete the hand-off so I can keep the momentum going.
