The concept can stay simple—gravel and decorative rock with a single centerpiece tree are enough. • Produce a basic 3D massing model—no photorealistic texturing required, just clean geometry that clearly communicates volumes. Deliverables 1. A top-view site plan in PDF that shows the selected garage orientation and the roundabout driveway. 2. Two to four lightweight 3D views (one aerial, the rest eye-level perspectives) exported as high-resolution JPEG or PNG. This work is purely for design validation; no permit documentation or formal stamping is needed.
