I have several client funnels running inside GoHighLevel and I’m ready to streamline every step—from the first trigger to the last follow-up. I’m looking for someone who can jump in right away, design clean workflows, connect the right integrations, and squash any errors that pop up. What you’ll actually be doing: • Mapping and building new workflows in GHL based on my existing funnel stages and lead-nurture logic. • Setting up third-party integrations (webhooks, email/SMS, calendars, CRMs, etc.) so data moves seamlessly between systems. • Troubleshooting issues as they arise—whether that’s a mis-firing trigger, a looping action, or a data mismatch—and implementing a stable fix. While GoHighLevel is the immediate focus, experience with Make, n8n, or Zapier is a bonus because some legacy automations still sit there and may need to be migrated or updated. Timeline: ASAP. I’ll provide access, documentation, and Loom walkthroughs the moment we kick off, and I’m ready to test live as soon as you push each update. Deliverables will be accepted when: • Each workflow runs end-to-end without manual intervention. • All mapped fields sync correctly across connected apps. • Error logs show no failed tasks after 24 hours of live traffic.
