I need a web-based tool that plugs into Google Meet and automatically records attendance even if I’m not present in the call myself. The tracker must pull the full meeting history and, for every session, capture exactly three data points: participant names, their join and leave timestamps, and each attendee’s total time in the call. Feel free to choose the stack you’re most productive with—Python (FastAPI, Django), JavaScript (Node, Next.js) or any equivalent that plays nicely with Google Workspace APIs—as long as the end result is accessible through a clean browser interface. Core flow • Authenticate with my Google account without requiring me to join. • Store the raw event data in a persistent database so I can query past meetings at any time. • Present a searchable dashboard listing meetings with per-participant breakdowns. CSV or Google Sheet export is a must. Acceptance criteria – A live demo on my domain showing the tracker populate while a test Meet runs without me. – Historical meetings from the past two weeks accurately imported. – Code, deployment guide, and brief user doc handed over.
