We are looking for a freelancer who can help us improve and strengthen our Google review management system, especially for our Ahmedabad branch. Despite having a good customer base, the review count and rating performance are still below expectations. Our main requirement is to build a proper process/system through which we can consistently collect customer reviews and improve branch-wise rating performance. We need someone who understands CRM automation, dashboarding, and MIS reporting, so that we can track reviews, customer follow-ups, branch performance, and overall progress in a structured way.
