Google Sheets project: Rework lead disposition sheet + build separate client reporting dashboard I have a Google Sheet where leads are pushed automatically (from my funnel). The client updates dispositions. I need: Disposition Sheet v2 (working sheet rework): Create a copy (don’t edit original). Normalize dispositions by splitting into: Disposition Stage dropdown: Pending / Rejected (Replacement Eligible) / Question-Hold / Signed / Referred / Reversed-Is Lead / Admin Disposition Reason dropdown (only when Stage=Rejected): Wrong/disconnected, already represented, at fault, no med treatment, accident > 1 year, outside CA geo, dup/spam/bot, submission not from my ads source, plus additional: Not PI, No coverage Notes required for Rejected and for Reversed (must include “Reversed from: …”). Also migrate historical rows from the old single dropdown into the new Stage/Reason fields (keep legacy column). Separate Client Reporting Dashboard: New Google Sheet that pulls from v2 using IMPORTRANGE. Include: scorecard (leads, rejected, replacement eligible split, signed/referred/question/reversed/pending), funnel breakdown, rejection root-cause charts (Pareto + trend), aging (pending >24/48/72), and an exceptions/QC table (missing notes, reversal missing “reversed from”, etc.). Clean, printable design; protect formulas. Please include examples of similar Sheets work + confirm you can do data validation, pivots, and dashboards.
