I’m setting up a full-fledged e-commerce marketplace dedicated to groceries and other daily essentials and need a mobile app that feels fast, friendly, and scalable from day one. Shoppers should be able to browse items from multiple vendors, add them to a smart cart, pick delivery slots, and check out seamlessly through UPI/Bhim. Key flow I have in mind • User onboarding → location & language selection • Browsing and search with real-time inventory per vendor • Cart, promo-code support, order summary and UPI/Bhim checkout • Live order tracking with push notifications • Vendor dashboard inside the same codebase or a light web panel for stock and order management • Simple admin panel so I can approve vendors, manage categories, view sales analytics and send alerts Tech stack is up to you as long as it results in smooth Android and iOS builds—Flutter, React Native, Kotlin + Swift or any modern framework you’re comfortable maintaining. Clean, well-commented source code and a quick hand-off guide are must-haves because I’ll be plugging in loyalty features and possibly more payment methods later. Acceptance criteria 1. Two fully functional builds (Android APK / iOS TestFlight) ready for store submission 2. Working UPI/Bhim payment flow in India sandbox and live environments 3. Admin and vendor panels accessible on a hosted staging URL 4.
