Core scope • Build a modern, responsive website where hospital staff can log in, create or upload claim files, attach supporting documents, and track their status in real time. • Give insurance providers their own secure dashboard to review, approve, reject, or request additional information. • Role-based access control is essential; only hospital staff and insurers should see the claims module, while administrators retain full oversight. • Every action—submission, comment, approval—must be time-stamped, with a full audit trail downloadable in PDF or CSV. • I’ll supply branding assets; you’ll handle UI/UX design, front-end development, back-end logic, and database setup. Popular stacks such as React or Vue on the front end and Node, Django, or Laravel on the back end are all acceptable—as long as the final product is secure, well-documented, and easy for our internal IT team to maintain. Acceptance criteria 1. Login, password reset. 2. A new claim can be created, saved, edited, and submitted by hospital staff. 3. Insurance providers can change claim status and leave notes; both sides receive email notifications. 4. The system exports a complete claim file, including attachments, in a single ZIP. 5. Site passes basic penetration testing and loads comfortably under 2 seconds on a standard broadband connection.
