I need a Telegram bot that streamlines our internal hotel workflow for reception, housekeeping, and management. The bot will live entirely inside Telegram and rely on role-based access so admins see everything while regular staff only use the functions that matter to them. Core functions • Staff should be able to mark room-cleaning progress, file maintenance issues, and confirm the completion of daily tasks through simple slash commands. • Whenever a staff command is submitted, the bot must alert the admin role in real time so nothing falls through the cracks. • All records must land in Google Sheets, as that is our chosen source of truth and reporting.
