The emphasis is on innovation and developing a novel approach rather than just applying existing tools for visualization or analysis” You can be dividing the whole project in 3 milestones to ensure the smooth workflow Milestone 1: Project Setup This first milestone is where we lay the foundation for the entire project. You will work with you to finalize the core idea for novel method to ensure it is innovative and viable. Then, you will provide with a simple, step-by-step guide to install all the necessary software like Python, R, and key packages on my computer, ensuring i set up for success. Finally, you will supply the scripts to automatically download the public datasets you will use for benchmarking, so everything is ready for analysis Milestone 2: Analysis & Results In this phase, you will develop the complete code for your novel method and conduct the full analysis. This includes running your method alongside 2-3 other established tools on the datasets, calculating key performance metrics like ARI and NMI to prove its effectiveness, and generating all the final, publication-ready figures such as UMAP plots and bar charts. I will also provide a detailed document explaining how the code and analysis work, ensuring fully understand the methodology for thesis defense and paper. Milestone 3: Writing & publication reviewer reply The final milestone focuses on turning the results into a polished manuscript and keeping my professor updated. you will draft the Methods and Results sections for my paper and thesis, including all figure legends and descriptions. This milestone also includes revisions to incorporate any initial feedback from my professor or journal reviewer have on the written content.
