Views required – One aerial (top-down) view that clearly shows both garage levels, driveway layout, walkways and landscaped strips. – Additional perspective views are welcome if they help sell the design, but the aerial is the key deliverable. File formats & delivery I am comfortable with SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Lumion, or similar real-time engines—as long as the final output is delivered as high-resolution JPG/PNG plus the editable source file. Label floor and parking areas in a clean overlay; fonts must remain legible at 3000 px wide. Acceptance criteria 1. Building and grade lines match the supplied topo within ±2 in. 2.
