I’m undertaking a full-scale remodel and need photorealistic renderings right away. The scope covers both the building’s exterior and the entire interior, with an emphasis on high-detail millwork—custom cabinetry, built-ins, and trim packages must read as if they’re ready for shop drawings. What I’ll provide • Current CAD files, reference photos, and a room-by-room schedule of the finishes and materials I’ve already selected. • Measurements and any additional sketches you require. What I need back • Exterior perspectives that clearly show massing, materials, and lighting at multiple times of day. • Interior views for all primary spaces, accurately reflecting my finish list, lighting temperature, and hardware selections. • Close-up vignettes highlighting bespoke millwork so I can forward them directly to the fabricator. • Final stills in high-resolution JPEG/PNG plus the editable source files (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar). • A concise revision round to fine-tune colors and detailing. Timing The project is ready to start immediately. I’m looking for first drafts within seven days and final deliverables within two weeks, so please be comfortable working quickly without sacrificing realism.
