Entrance Gates • Two vehicle entrance gates with matching modern design language. • Gate widths: • Main gate: 18 meters wide • Secondary gate: 14 meters wide • Both gates should have a cohesive architectural concept so they appear as part of the same compound entrance design. 2. Security & Service Building (at the 18 m gate) • A security building of approximately 100 m² located at the main (18 m) entrance gate. • Should include: • Guard rooms • Storage room • Basic service space if needed • The building should be architecturally integrated with the entrance gate design. 3. Architectural Style • Modern / contemporary design • Clean, elegant lines suitable for a high-end residential compound entrance • Materials suitable for outdoor use and durability 4.
