I have a simple project: turn my static application form into a polished, fully-fillable PDF. The form only needs to capture personal data—specifically name, phone, and email—so each of those fields must be clearly labelled, tab-order friendly, and set to validate basic input (for example, an email field that recognises the “@” symbol). Deliverables are straightforward: an editable, branded PDF that opens in Adobe Acrobat, Preview, or any browser with fill-form support; all fields working correctly; and the final source file in case I need to tweak wording later.
