I need a clean, technically accurate 3D representation of an interleaved transformer winding for a set of engineering visuals. The priority is to show how each disc or section interleaves with its neighbour—no electrical simulation or photo-real materials, just an accurate structural build that can be rotated, zoomed, later animated and discussed in meetings. Workflow & file type I work in Blender, so please build natively in that environment and give me both the .blend source and an OBJ export. Key call-outs One of the windings features a more complex geometry based on a new interleaving technique, while the other remains fairly straightforward. I’d like that advanced winding and any related features clearly highlighted—simple overlays or unobtrusive text objects are fine as long as the logic is unmistakable. Acceptance • Geometry must match standard transformer disc/section proportions (I’ll supply real images of windings once we start). • The difficult winding is visually distinguished from the simple one and the “new tech” areas are obvious at a glance(New technique is not visible through photos, need to get the idea of it). • Scene opens error-free in Blender 3.x and the OBJ exports without missing faces or flipped normals. With those points covered, polish is secondary; clarity and structural accuracy come first.
