I’m building a cross-platform inventory application that talks directly to NFC tags so that stock can be added, counted, and located with nothing more than a phone. The core idea is simple: tap an item’s tag, the app instantly updates quantity and location in a shared database—no pen-and-paper, no bulky scanners. The scope right now is an MVP for both iOS and Android. I already have the product vision, rough wireframes, and a shortlist of cloud back-ends—Firebase and Supabase are front-runners, but I’m open if you have a strong preference. What I need is a developer who can turn those screens into a fast, stable mobile experience, handle the low-level NFC read/write flows, and guide our release into TestFlight and Google Play’s internal testing tracks. I’m flexible on compensation: you can take a straightforward cash contract or come on board as a technical co-founder with equity plus a reduced cash component. Either way, I’m looking for someone who wants to see the product succeed beyond the first version. Deliverables that get us to a public beta: • React Native or Flutter codebase (or your preferred cross-platform framework) with NFC read/write implemented • Secure cloud database schema and simple admin panel • Build uploads to TestFlight and Google Play internal testing • Basic documentation so another developer can jump in if needed If you’ve shipped at least one NFC-enabled mobile app or have deep experience with Bluetooth/NFC peripherals, I’d love to see it. Let’s have a quick call to confirm fit and map milestones so we can get this app into hands as soon as possible.
