I have a web-based form that captures product details from our sales team in real time. Your job is to take each new submission, enter the data accurately into our invoice template, and generate a finished invoice ready to send to the customer. Only product-related fields are involved—no customer contact information or transaction history is required at this stage. The completed invoices should be returned as PDFs, named with the unique form submission ID so they are easy to track in our system. I’ll share the live form link and the template (Word or Excel, whichever you prefer) once we start. Accuracy in data entry, neat formatting, and a quick turnaround are the priorities.
