I want to build a polished mobile application that inspectors can use on-site, running smoothly on both iOS and Android from a single codebase. The heart of the product is fast, reliable photo capture: users must be able to shoot, review, annotate and attach media to each inspection point without ever leaving the app. Alongside that media workflow, the app should present ready-made inspection templates (civil, electrical, plumbing, etc.) while still letting the user design and save their own custom lists whenever they need something unique. A clean UI, offline operation with later sync, and one-tap PDF/HTML report export are important for day-to-day field work. Source code, build instructions and test builds for both platforms will be the final deliverables, ready for submission to the App Store and Google Play.
