I need a tailor-made TMS/ERP module that focuses exclusively on order tracking for our mid-sized logistics company. The core of the build is real-time visibility: every order must show instant status changes and provide live delivery-time estimates that our team and customers can trust. Here’s what I have in mind: • A web dashboard (React, Vue, or similar) that lists all current orders with colour-coded status indicators, searchable by reference, client, or route. • A backend service (Node.js, Django, or Laravel—your call) that consumes our existing shipment data and pushes real-time updates via WebSocket or server-sent events. • A lightweight REST/GraphQL API so our customer portal and internal mobile app can request the same status and ETA data. • Event-driven notifications (email and SMS) triggered automatically when an order changes stage or when delivery estimates slip outside SLA thresholds. • Role-based access, basic audit logging, and clean, responsive UI that works on tablets used in our warehouses. Acceptance criteria 1. Status change latency under three seconds from database update to end-user screen. 2. Delivery-time estimates refresh at least every five minutes using our existing routing data. 3. All endpoints documented in Swagger / OpenAPI and validated with sample requests. 4. Code handed over in a private Git repository with README for local setup and deployment instructions (Docker preferred).
